NTI 2018 Hotel Reservations

We have reserved a block of rooms for current chapter members who plan to attend the 2018 National Teaching Institute and Critical Care Exposition in Boston next May!!

The chapter will be staying at the Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport (website here). It is located 3.56 miles from the convention center and is on the official NTI shuttle bus route. The cost to chapter members is $72 per night for four-person occupancy (rooms have a king bed and queen sofa bed) and includes a hot, made-to-order breakfast. The rooms are available for May 19th through May 25th.

SPACE IS LIMITED and will be managed on a first-come-first-served basis. If you plan to attend and would like to stay with the chapter, you must email your request to aacn.sac@gmail.com and include:

1. Your name
2. Your anticipated arrival day
3. Your anticipated departure day
4. Your availability to share a room with others (you may request specific individuals if there are several people who would prefer to share a room with one another)

**IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOUR ROOM RESERVATION, YOU MUST SEND A DEPOSIT TO THE CHAPTER NO LATER THAN APRIL 20, 2018**

Deposit amounts:

$303 for single occupancy
$152 for double occupancy
$101 for triple occupancy
$76 for quadruple occupancy

Once room assignments have been made, final balance notices will be emailed to chapter members and final payment IN FULL is due to the chapter upon arrival. If you have any questions about this process, please contact the chapter directly at aacn.sac@gmail.com
