Registered Nurse – Primary Care

We’re hiring a Registered Nurse to support a team dedicated to strengthening patient support and enhancing the overall quality of care. This onsite position is a great fit for an RN who wants consistency, growth, and a Monday–Friday workweek

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  

Compensation

• $80,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

Daily Responsibilities For a Registered Nurse – Primary Care

• Support members in-person and virtually with education, clinical navigation, and scheduling of specialist or diagnostic referrals
• Lead quality program efforts including outreach, gap closure, and supporting patients with chronic conditions
• Perform essential clinical duties such as assessments, vitals, injections, blood draws, and coordination of care
  
  

Required Qualifications For Registered Nurse – Primary Care

• Active and clear RN license in the state of Arizona
• 3–5 years of nursing experience from outpatient, primary care, specialty care, or health plan settings
